Two sisters, one good eye
We're Melissa Lewis and Jennifer Owens Cook — the two sisters behind Cute As Pie Vintiques. We grew up in houses full of other people's old things and never quite got over it.
How it started
It started the way these things usually do: one Saturday morning, one estate sale, and a box of jadeite that neither of us needed. Then came the transferware, the cut glass, the milk-glass hobnail, the little brass animals nobody else wanted. Before long the good stuff outgrew the house and moved into a dedicated storefront, and Cute As Pie Vintiques had a home.
How it works now
Most weeks you'll find us live on Whatnot, holding pieces up to the camera and telling you far more than you asked about a gravy boat. This website is the quieter half of the shop — it's where the buy-it-now finds live between shows, so you can browse on your own time.
